Also, exact monitoring of run-time allows to control variable inspection intervals and capture tool life data. In the second stage, exact monitoring of duration of downtime brings to light the essential elements of planned losses and unplanned wastes. The layout of detailed downtime data capture consists of four levels and provides comprehensive description of reasons and causes leading to real-time management alerts.
